Director of Youth and Family Ministries / Coordinator for Small Town & Rural (STAR) Youth Ministry Initiative

Grace Lutheran Church is seeking a creative, caring relationship-builder with a passion for nurturing Christian faith among middle and high school youth to join our warm-spirited and collaborative staff team. This director will be charged with overseeing and coordinating our congregation's youth discipleship ministries while pioneering an innovative, grant-funded initiative to strengthen connections among youth within a wider cohort of southwest Wisconsin ELCA congregations. Qualified candidates will possess strong organizational and communication skills, a sincere personal faith compatible with the teaching and practice of the ELCA, and a heart for ministry in a Small Town and Rural (STAR) context. Position is half-time devoted to Grace youth ministries and quarter-time to our STAR Youth Ministry Initiate to create a combined .75 FTE employment opportunity.
